Places like The Immortals Shack with a full story on the console was great. A World Of Pain (AWOP) is an extensive mod created by David LeMaistre, aka Dj Mystro, that aims to add more to Fallout: New Vegas, with new locations. Story and immersion can be hard to find in newer games at times, which is why it's important to appreciate older titles as well. I pretty much am playing only to get strong enough for this content and ignoring the main game.

Moreover, some games that didn't make the cut originally also deserve to be mentioned, even if they aren't necessarily brand-new games.
